Burglary calls are relatively routine for law enforcement agents, and officials said using common sense can help prevent home break-ins. According to the FBI, a residence is burglarized once every 15 seconds nationwide.

A 30-year-old Kodak man charged with vehicular assault and felony reckless endangerment pleaded guilty Monday in Blount County Circuit Court and was sentenced to two years which will be served primarily as probation.
